Industry-wide shipping issues:
Shipping carriers in North America are struggling to process all the incoming orders, so there are industry-wide shipping delays. We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but once they're in the hands of the carriers, it's up to their capacity. We see that the order deadlines provided by our carriers aren't fully reliable anymore, which means that some of your holiday orders might not arrive on time even though they were fulfilled by us and passed to the carriers before order deadlines.
We strongly suggest that you opt-in to include shipping insurance for your orders at this time. It is already preselected for you at checkout beginning 12/19, so by taking no action, you are covered. This shipping insurance through Route will allow you to have your order replaced at no cost if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. "Lost" can also be considered no shipping updates on the tracking for more than 7 days. If you have opted-in for the shipping insurance and would like to file a claim, please visit https://claims.route.com. If you have opted-out of shipping insurance, once the order is shipped out of our facility, you will take full responsibility for its safe delivery, and will not be offered a replacement or refund if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped for typical orders. This does not include shipping time. Any differences to this will be listed either in an update on the top of this page (seasonal delays, unexpected volume increases, etc) or in each product description (preorders, backordered items, etc). When you select a shipping option, please be aware that this is the time it takes to ship AFTER printing, processing, and packaging.

We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer.

SIZING: Our default t-shirts are Gildan Softstyle 64000 100% Ringspun Cotton. Most apparel comes in standard American unisex/mens sizing unless specified otherwise. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us within 5 business of receipt for instructions on how to return the item to our HQ office for a full refund, provided it is in identical condition to what we send. If it's been longer than 5 business days since tracking shows it's been delivered, unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate the request.

If you wish to exchange or return something because of sizing or preference, you will need to send the item back to us and pay for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee, so your only expense will be the price of the label. If the mistake was ours (wrong size sent, misprinted, wrong color, etc) we will cover all of the above costs.

We are not responsible for any delivery service's inability to deliver to the address you supply. If any item is returned to the sender, we will refund the amount of the item only. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods if tracking indicates the package was delivered, or is unable to deliver to the address you supply. Please double check the address on your order before placing it.
